Can I switch packages later?
Yes, any time. If you start on Essentials and outgrow it, we’ll move you up — and any setup work that overlaps is credited, so you’re not paying twice for the same thing.
What happens after year one?
The setup cost is paid; you’re on monthly only. You can stay as long as it’s working for you, or leave with 30 days’ notice. No lock-ins, no exit fees, no guilt trips.
Do I own my website?
Yes — fully. The site, the content, the domain, the design files. If you ever leave, we hand it all over cleanly so another team can take it on without any drama.
Why monthly? Why not pay once and host it myself?
You can — we’ll build you a one-off site without the monthly if that’s what you want. But the monthly covers hosting, backups, security, updates, and being there when something breaks. For most small businesses, that’s worth a lot more than the saving of doing it themselves at 11pm on a Sunday.
What if I outgrow Established?
We design custom builds for businesses that need more than Established — usually verticals like florists, salons, or service companies with specific systems. Different pricing, same approach. Email us.
Can I add a Growth Pack to any package?
Yes. Growth Packs are one-off work; they sit alongside whatever package you’re on. They’re priced separately because they’re not part of the ongoing relationship — they’re a job, done once.
What does “looked after” actually mean?
Daily backups. Security updates. Plugin and theme updates. SSL renewal. Monitoring for downtime. Replying to your emails when something needs attention. It’s the un-glamorous bit, but it’s what stops your site quietly breaking on a Tuesday.
Is there a contract?
A simple 12-month minimum to cover the setup cost in your monthly fee. After that, month-to-month. No long lock-ins, no auto-renewing into another year you didn’t sign up for.
